Meet the Massage Therapists
Ashley Posey Watkins, LMBT #13223
Ashley is a licensed massage and bodywork therapist with 10 years of experience. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and specializes in deep tissue with training in relaxation, taught band, and triggerpoint therapeutic massage.
Ashley attended Haywood Community College from 2008 to 2010 and was among the first graduating class of their therapeutic massage program. She has since practiced in Georgia and North Carolina, where she gained valuable experience in both Chiropractic and spa settings.
Ashley’s quality of touch and flow are superior, she does a wonderful, fluid, deep tissue massage.

DJ has practiced massage for 10 years with a primary focus on Triggerpoint therapy and deep tissue. His strengths shine in approaching specific issues clients may have. His practical knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, Triggerpoint patterns, and deep tissue approaches are beneficial in helping alleviate pain and restriction.
